Challenge
Teachers kept grades in paper journals and retyped them into HEMIS by hand, attendance was marked on paper and students had no unified ID card.
Solution
We built an internal academic module covering curricula, subjects, groups, a rating book with continuous, midterm and final assessment, and transcripts, synchronised it with HEMIS in both directions, wired Face ID terminals into attendance and rolled out QR student badge issuing and verification.
Result
Grades are no longer typed into HEMIS by hand, attendance accuracy passed 99% and a student badge is issued in two minutes.
