Challenge
Applications arrived by phone and candidates were graded by hand, costing three to four days per intake.
Solution
We built a testing engine with a question bank, randomised variants and server-side grading. Results land in the admin panel instantly and applications flow into Bitrix24.
Result
Admissions went from four days to twenty minutes and application conversion rose sharply.
